Contact forms. The name, email, company, phone number (optional) and message you enter. This data is used solely to respond to your request. Legal basis: your consent, given by checking the box before sending.
STRANEXO Index. Company name, industry, your name, email, phone number (optional) and your answers to the questionnaire. They are used to calculate your score, email you your results and, if you wish, follow up with you afterward. Legal basis: your consent. While you complete the questionnaire, your progress is kept in your browser's temporary storage and disappears when you close the tab.
Spam protection. The forms are protected by hCaptcha, which analyzes your browsing to tell a human from a bot and may set its own cookies for that purpose.
Technical data. The site's hosting provider may keep connection logs (IP address, date, pages viewed) to keep the site running and secure. On the STRANEXO Index page, libraries are loaded from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr, which exposes your IP address to them. This site uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies.
STRANEXO is the sole recipient of your data. To deliver it, the site relies on technical service providers: Web3Forms (delivery of contact messages), hCaptcha (spam protection), FormSubmit and EmailJS (emails related to the STRANEXO Index) and GitHub Pages (hosting). Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. No data is sold or passed on for commercial purposes.
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if nothing follows, deleted no later than three years after the last exchange.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to axel@stranexo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
